Before your brow lamination appointment, you should avoid waxing, tweezing, or threading your eyebrows for 1 week. You also should steer clear of any exfoliants or AHAs. Show up 5 to 10 minutes early to your appointment with a bare, clean face.
Remove all eye makeup, contact lenses, and false eyelashes before. Avoid curling your natural lashes for at least 24 hours prior to treatment.Stop using waterproof mascara 48 hours before your procedure since it leaves behind unwanted residue If you have any sort of eye infection, you will need to wait until it has cleared prior to treatment.
Don't wet, rub or apply cream, oils or makeup for 24h. Avoid swimming, showering, or sweating excessively. Do not apply strong products like Retin-A, and do not exfoliate the brow area for at least 72 hours.
Do apply a nourishing brow serum starting on the third day. Try to sleep on your back so you don’t press your brows at night. Shape your brows with a brush regularly.
Of course you can! We just ask that you avoid for the first 48 hours so they can set. These services are meant to be low maintenance and are ideal to help you look and feel your best without makeup. We just recommend keeping in mind that these are only temporary services and the more exposure to water and sweat, the more likely they will fade sooner.
